About the role
Bake Me Out is looking for a passionate full‑time Barista to join its growing team in Hazmieh. You will be responsible for preparing high‑quality coffee and specialty drinks while delivering a friendly, memorable experience to every customer.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, lattes, smoothies, shakes and cocktails.
- Provide light kitchen assistance when needed.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Ensure consistency in drink quality and presentation.
Required profile
- Loves coffee and café culture.
- Brings positive energy and amazing vibes.
- Enjoys working with people.
- Matches Bake Me Out spirit and team culture.
- Reliable, professional, and detail‑oriented.
What we offer
- Salary range $550 – $700 (based on experience).
- Staff meal included.
- One complimentary drink per shift.
- Monday‑Thursday AM shifts; Friday‑Sunday AM & PM shifts.
