Full-Cycle Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our fully remote team. In this role you will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for internal positions, ensuring we attract, assess, and secure top talent that aligns with our company’s standards and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Finalize candidate selection after thorough reviews by the recruitment assistance team.
• Conduct comprehensive screening calls with shortlisted candidates.
• Lead detailed interviews to assess technical and behavioral fit.
• Evaluate candidates' technical abilities through tailored assessments.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine suitability and make final selections.
• Draft and present compelling offers to successful candidates.
• Oversee onboarding to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
• Manage multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining quality.
• Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates.
• Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year’s experience in recruitment, preferably in a high‑volume agency.
• Fluency in English and Arabic with the ability to switch seamlessly between both.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong multitasking, prioritisation, and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Ability to work independently, make decisions, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Patience, resilience, and a continuous‑learning mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
