Forex Account Manager – Client Acquisition & Relationship

About the role

MultiBank Group is looking for an experienced Forex Account Manager to drive new client acquisition, nurture existing relationships, and promote the firm’s Forex trading solutions. The role blends sales expertise with deep market knowledge to deliver exceptional service to a global client base.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, target, and acquire new clients for Forex trading services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and low churn.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and platform demonstrations to prospects.
• Advise clients on Forex products, trading platforms, and market opportunities aligned with their goals.
• Educate clients on trading risks and support the development of sound risk‑management strategies.
• Stay informed on global economic events, market trends, and currency fluctuations to provide timely insights.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and regularly report on performance.
• Collaborate with internal research, marketing, support, and compliance teams to enhance client experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in Forex, financial services, or trading platforms.
• Strong understanding of Forex markets, technical analysis, and risk management.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and leverage professional networks.
