Finance Manager (M/F) – Beirut

About the role

Solidarités International is seeking a Finance Manager to support its humanitarian operations in Beirut. The position starts as soon as possible and runs for an initial three‑month fixed‑term mission, with the possibility of extension based on funding and operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize accounting and internal financial reporting for Q1, Q2 and Q3 2026.
• Develop budget proposals for upcoming funding opportunities (e.g., OCHA, GIZ).
• Provide financial management support to budget holders across bases in Beirut, Saida and Tripoli.
• Train administrative supervisors on accounting procedures and financial management.
• Assist with donor reporting, audits and operational support despite reduced staffing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Economics).
• 3‑4 years of experience in the humanitarian sector.
• 3‑4 years of experience in a comparable finance or accounting position.
• Ability to travel regularly to Saida and Tripoli and work under security constraints.

Required skills

• Strong accounting knowledge.
• Proficiency with ERP software, preferably SAGA and/or Microsoft Navision.
