Field Sales Representative for Beauty & Wellness Apps

About the role

treatd is looking for energetic field sales representatives to introduce its all‑in‑one booking and business app to salons, clinics and beauty businesses across Mount Lebanon and Beirut. You will manage the full sales cycle, from first contact to signed contracts, and help new clients go live on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach salons, clinics and beauty businesses in your territory.
• Visit owners in person, demonstrate treatd pro, answer questions and handle objections.
• Follow up with calls and repeat visits until the deal is closed.
• Onboard new businesses and ensure they become active users of the platform.
• Track visits, pipeline and owner feedback to improve the product.

Required profile

• 2+ years of B2B or field sales experience, preferably with small businesses.
• Confident in face‑to‑face conversations and persistent without being pushy.
• Organised, able to manage your own schedule and travel independently.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
• Own a car with a valid driving licence; knowledge of the beauty or wellness sector is a bonus.
