Field Manager – Women’s Health & Fertility

About the role

XpertRx, on behalf of a leading distributor, is looking for a strategic and emotionally intelligent Field Manager – Women’s Health & Fertility. The role will lead a specialised team of Medical Representatives who promote a premium portfolio to obstetricians, gynaecologists and IVF specialists across Lebanon.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and coach a team of Medical Representatives to exceed regional sales targets, using behavioural frameworks and dual‑visit field coaching.
• Develop and execute dynamic territory business plans focused on IVF centres, maternity hospitals and private GYN clinics, analysing prescription data and competitor activity.
• Build and maintain high‑level relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, infertility specialists and clinical directors; organise roundtables, CME events and scientific symposia.
• Establish and monitor core KPIs (call rate, reach, product share of voice), ensure compliance with SOPs and pharmacovigilance standards, and maintain accurate CRM data for analytics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology or a related Life Sciences field (MBA or advanced business degree is a plus).
• Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in women’s health, fertility or related therapeutic areas.
• Proven track record of managing and developing high‑performing field teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate market data into actionable plans.
