About the role
Fidelity, a leading insurance provider since 1967, is seeking a Direct Sales Agent to promote its life insurance products. The role involves identifying prospective clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored insurance solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and contact prospective clients to present suitable insurance solutions.
- Understand client needs and recommend tailored policies and coverage.
- Develop long‑term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Provide consistent follow‑up to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Manage time and client portfolios efficiently to maximize results.
- Promote Fidelity Insurance products and values in the market.
Required profile
- Minimum four years of sales experience or related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- High school diploma required; university degree is an advantage.
