About the role

Fidelity, a leading insurance provider since 1967, is seeking a Direct Sales Agent to promote its life insurance products. The role involves identifying prospective clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and contact prospective clients to present suitable insurance solutions.
  • Understand client needs and recommend tailored policies and coverage.
  • Develop long‑term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Provide consistent follow‑up to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage time and client portfolios efficiently to maximize results.
  • Promote Fidelity Insurance products and values in the market.

Required profile

  • Minimum four years of sales experience or related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • High school diploma required; university degree is an advantage.
