About the role
Chedid Capital Group seeks an experienced Digital Rollout Specialist to lead the deployment of its HealthTech and InsurTech solutions across multiple subsidiaries worldwide. The role involves end‑to‑end project execution, stakeholder alignment, and reporting to senior leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate deployment of digital HealthTech/InsurTech solutions across subsidiaries, overseeing functional testing, training, support, and issue resolution.
- Develop and maintain detailed rollout plans and timelines, tracking progress against project requirements.
- Lead stakeholder communication, change‑management initiatives, and training material creation to ensure smooth user onboarding.
- Identify, mitigate, and resolve risks and challenges to keep rollout schedules on track.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (MS/BS preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of project management or business analysis experience in digital transformation or technology rollouts.
- Proven experience delivering large‑scale, cross‑border technology programs.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time and relocate to Africa on a part‑time or full‑time basis (optional).
