Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

World of Business is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead its Performance Marketing, Content, Graphic Design, and Production departments. The role reports directly to senior leadership and is responsible for the strategic direction, quality, and effectiveness of client work across these functions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee client marketing strategies, aligning business objectives with audience insights, messaging, channels, budgets, and measurable outcomes.
• Directly manage department heads and team leaders, setting priorities, responsibilities, and quality expectations.
• Ensure integration of content, paid media, design, and production to meet consistent client and campaign objectives.
• Review campaign performance, challenge recommendations, and guide improvements in targeting, budget allocation, creative testing, tracking, and conversion performance.
• Evaluate content strategies, concepts, copy, and social media plans for relevance, originality, brand consistency, and marketing effectiveness.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably within an agency environment.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and multiple client accounts.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business objectives into practical marketing plans.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
