Digital Marketing Manager – Growth & Marketing Director

About the role

Kirat is launching Lebanon’s first gold jewelry platform and seeks a hands‑on leader to drive market entry and growth. As the Digital Marketing Manager you will shape the overall marketing strategy, lead awareness and acquisition campaigns, and coordinate both online and in‑store activations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan covering awareness, acquisition, retention and merchant growth.
• Design and launch nationwide digital and influencer campaigns, including social media ads, Google Ads, retargeting, SEO and app‑store optimization.
• Run data‑driven experiments such as A/B testing and funnel optimization to improve performance.
• Oversee content strategy, storytelling, and educational material across social channels.
• Plan and manage on‑ground activations at partner stores, including POS branding, staff training and promotional events.
• Monitor key metrics, report weekly to leadership, and continuously refine tactics based on insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience launching large‑scale marketing campaigns in fintech, e‑commerce or consumer tech.
• Strong knowledge of digital growth tactics, analytics and performance marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to lead small, high‑impact teams and collaborate cross‑functionally.
• Entrepreneurial, data‑driven and hands‑on mindset.
