Data Analyst - Revenue Operations & HubSpot

About the role

Aspire Software is hiring a Data Analyst in Lebanon. The role goes beyond reporting: it turns messy data and manual processes into scalable systems, becoming a key owner of the revenue data and HubSpot environment. You will help understand the customer lifecycle, improve how teams operate, and build AI agents and automations that remove repetitive work.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards, reporting and analytical models across the customer lifecycle, and partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Payments and Finance on KPIs
• Analyse pipeline, conversion, retention, expansion, payments adoption and customer behaviour, and improve forecasting and pipeline management
• Own and improve HubSpot: workflows, properties, pipelines, data quality, governance and integration with other systems
• Automate lead routing, customer workflows, lifecycle management and alerts, and set up scalable RevOps processes
• Build AI agents and workflows (research, account intelligence, reporting, data enrichment) and measure their impact
• Create source-of-truth metrics, resolve data quality issues and document metrics, processes and workflows

Required profile

• 2-5 years of experience in data analytics, Revenue Operations, Business Operations or a similar analytical role
• Hands-on HubSpot experience and experience with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing or GTM organisations
• SQL and data analysis skills, dashboarding with BI tools, and advanced Excel or Google Sheets
• Comfortable with imperfect datasets, designing workflows and turning analysis into clear business recommendations
• Experience experimenting with AI agents, large language models, APIs, webhooks, workflow automation platforms and Python or JavaScript
