Cyber Security Engineer – Endpoint & Identity Protection

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Cyber Security Engineer to protect endpoints, manage devices, and secure identities for customers across the MEA region. This full‑time position offers hands‑on experience with Microsoft’s security stack and the opportunity to work closely with senior engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and configure Microsoft Defender solutions (Endpoint, Cloud Apps, Identity, Office).
• Manage Microsoft Intune for mobile device and application management, including enrollment and updates.
• Design and implement Entra Conditional Access policies for secure access control.
• Integrate Microsoft Cloud App Security (MCAS) for visibility and governance.
• Handle support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in security solution deployments, validate configurations, run tests, and document results.
• Deliver client‑facing training and configuration walkthroughs.
• Contribute to technical documentation, configuration notes, and user guides.
• Engage in structured learning, shadow senior engineers, and pursue relevant Microsoft certifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in IT/security (internships or academic projects are a plus).
• Minimum one year of experience with Microsoft security products.
• Basic understanding of networking, endpoints, and cloud security concepts.
