Customer Service Representative - Showroom Sales

About the role

As a Customer Service Representative at Colortek, you will sell wall and floor finishes and tools while building relationships with painters, design professionals, contractors and homeowners. You will use the showroom to represent the brand effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Help achieve and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets, using upselling and cross-selling techniques and promoting offers.
• Develop expertise in Colortek's decorative and architectural products, solution paints, colour collections and wallpaper, and give tailored advice on colour matching and product selection.
• Carry out site visits to homeowners and commercial spaces to advise on decorative finishes and maximise sales.
• Handle customer complaints, offer solutions and alternatives, and follow up until resolved.
• Provide accurate product information and product data sheets.
• Maintain a clean, neat showroom reflecting the brand's standards and respect operational procedures.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competition and competing products.

Required profile

• Strong customer service skills; showroom experience is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening and public speaking skills.
• A BA or equivalent degree in Interior Design or a related field is a plus.
• Positive attitude and active personality.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Colortek decorative and architectural products, paints and wallpaper.
• Familiarity with colour matching, product selection and application techniques.
