Customer Service Representative

About the role

Bitarchitects is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join its fast‑growing team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries via phone and email while ensuring a professional and helpful experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incoming calls, emails, and other inquiries.
• Provide clear, accurate answers and resolve customer questions and requests.
• Review and qualify incoming inquiries, gather project details, and coordinate follow‑up calls with the appropriate team members.
• Maintain accurate records of communications, inquiries, and follow‑up activities.
• Assist with administrative tasks, document preparation, and organization of records.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, client support, or a related field.
• Professional, organized, and customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to listen, understand needs, and handle inquiries effectively.
• Fluent in English.
