Customer Program Associate – New Graduate Opportunity

About the role

Virtium is looking for a motivated new graduate to join its Customer Program team. As a Customer Program Associate you will become a primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, working directly with buyers, planners, sourcing managers and program managers while collaborating with internal functions such as Sales, Engineering, Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality and Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the day‑to‑day liaison for assigned customers, handling inquiries, order updates and issue resolution.
• Coordinate cross‑functional activities across sales, engineering, supply‑chain and manufacturing to ensure timely delivery.
• Assist in forecasting, logistics planning and quoting activities.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP and CRM systems.
• Prepare and deliver customer presentations and status reports.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or less than 2 years of professional experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with an interest in supply‑chain and commercial operations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.

Required skills

• Experience or familiarity with ERP systems.
• Experience or familiarity with CRM systems.
