Country Sales Manager – Baghdad, Iraq

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Country Sales Manager to lead our digital media sales efforts in Iraq. The successful candidate will drive revenue growth, build strategic client partnerships, and manage a high‑performing sales pipeline in Baghdad.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and acquire new clients, including advertisers, agencies, and corporate accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers, stakeholders, and business partners.
• Promote and sell advertising and digital media solutions to prospective and existing clients.
• Prepare compelling sales presentations, proposals, and media plans tailored to client objectives.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets and business development goals.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and operations teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM records.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and campaign review sessions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
• Provide regular market insights and recommendations to support business growth.

Required profile

• Iraqi nationality.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in digital media sales or a related sales role.
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent relationship management and client acquisition skills.
• Solid understanding of market analysis and business development strategies.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
