Country Manager – Lebanon

About the role

The Country Manager for Lebanon will lead all of the Group’s business units in the country, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and alignment with the Group’s strategic vision. This senior position reports directly to the Group CEO and is responsible for driving growth and profitability across the market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all Group businesses and operations in Lebanon.
• Develop and execute the country’s business strategy in line with the Group’s vision.
• Own the country’s P&L, delivering revenue, profitability, and cash‑flow targets.
• Ensure operational excellence, efficiency, and compliance with Group policies and local regulations.
• Drive sales growth, manage key accounts, and identify new market opportunities.
• Recruit, develop, and retain high‑performing teams; coach department managers.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
• Report performance, KPIs, and governance metrics to Group Management.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience managing multiple business units.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with full P&L responsibility.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute country‑level strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency.
