Corporate Manager – Student Life & Student Management

About the role

The Corporate Manager – Student Life & Student Management leads the implementation and continuous improvement of student life, engagement, wellbeing, and management programmes across the SABIS® Network. Working closely with schools and regional teams, the role ensures consistent application of policies and best practices that create a safe, inclusive, and development‑focused student experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage rollout of Student Life Operations (SLO) programmes, leadership initiatives, peer tutoring, shadow teaching and community‑engagement activities, ensuring alignment with network standards.
• Collaborate with regional and school teams to deliver a consistent, enriching student experience that promotes leadership, citizenship, wellbeing and personal development.
• Oversee student management, behaviour, safeguarding, child‑protection and anti‑bullying policies to maintain safe and inclusive school environments.
• Monitor engagement, wellbeing, behaviour and performance data; maintain dashboards and recommend improvements.
• Provide training, guidance and resources on student life, social‑emotional learning, safeguarding and behaviour‑management practices.
• Review major SLO events, calendars, critical incidents and disciplinary cases for quality, consistency and compliance with SABIS® policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Social Sciences or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8‑10 years of experience in student life, student affairs, counselling, wellbeing or educational leadership.
• Experience within the SABIS® Network is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English.
• Relevant certifications (Child Protection, Safeguarding, Positive Behaviour Interventions, SEL/Student Wellbeing) are a plus.
