Content & Social Growth Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Content & Social Growth Manager to own and expand EcomSwap’s organic content engine and social presence. Based in Dubai, you will work directly with the founders to shape the brand’s voice and drive inbound deal flow through short‑form content across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow organic audiences on TikTok, Instagram, X (Twitter) and LinkedIn.
• Write, shoot, edit and publish short‑form videos, reels, threads and carousel posts on a regular cadence.
• Develop content that attracts founders considering exits and qualified buyers.
• Maintain a content calendar aligned with brand voice and business objectives.
• Adapt high‑performing organic pieces into paid creative assets.
• Brief and manage UGC creators and freelancers throughout the production pipeline.

Required profile

• Proven track record of building or managing social accounts with measurable traction.
• Deep understanding of hooks, retention, pacing and short‑form content dynamics.
• Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable shaping brand voice.
• Experience in e‑commerce or digital‑brand environments.
• Strong organisational and project‑management abilities.
• Proactive, creative and able to thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
• Comfortable appearing on‑camera and directing others when needed.
