Content Creator – Social Media (Full‑time, Beirut)

About the role

We are looking for a creative Content Creator to produce scroll‑stopping social media videos for a portfolio of regional brands. You will work on‑site in our Beirut office, collaborating closely with the creative and social media teams to turn trends into engaging short‑form content.

Key responsibilities

• Create social‑first videos for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Shoot and produce Reels, TikToks, UGC‑style videos, and other short‑form formats using a smartphone or camera.
• Develop content ideas that align with each brand’s identity and marketing objectives.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform trends, sounds, formats and algorithm changes.
• Appear on‑camera when required and collaborate with teammates to bring concepts to life.
• Attend shoots, events, activations and client locations to capture authentic content.
• Manage multiple brand projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience as a Content Creator, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and current social media trends.
• Proven ability to shoot high‑quality video with a smartphone or professional camera.
• Basic to strong video‑editing skills for social‑first content.
• Creative eye for framing, aesthetics, storytelling and trend adaptation.
• Comfortable working both behind and in front of the camera.
• Fast, proactive and able to turn ideas into content quickly.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation is a plus.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and brands at once.
