Career Planner – Remote

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Career Planner to join our fully remote team. In this position you will research diverse professional fields, guide clients through their career journeys, and develop personalized plans that help them secure their ideal roles.

Key responsibilities

• Research various professional sectors and produce concise briefs for internal use.
• Conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions to capture clients' backgrounds and aspirations.
• Identify appropriate job titles and roles aligned with client experience and goals.
• Design CV structures and content tailored to target positions.
• Create and deliver interview training programs customized for each client.
• Interview industry recruiters to gather insights on specific fields.
• Plan daily job‑application schedules across multiple platforms.
• Monitor application statuses and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.
• Address client objections and turn concerns into positive results.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless client experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruiting, career counseling, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, with the ability to switch between languages effortlessly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly extroverted, quick‑thinking, and detail‑oriented.
• Passion for continuous learning and adaptability to changing priorities.
