Business Development Senior Officer

About the role

The Business Development Senior Officer will drive new client acquisition, support onboarding, and manage relationships with Introducing Brokers for Diligent Financial Services in Beirut.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities by acquiring and engaging prospective clients through approved channels.
• Support client onboarding, relationship management, and retention while maintaining accurate records.
• Develop and manage relationships with Introducing Brokers, providing operational support and expanding the referral network.
• Coordinate with Operations and Compliance teams to ensure onboarding complies with policies and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in financial services, banking, brokerage, sales or business development.
• Fluency in Arabic and English with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet performance targets and maintain high ethical standards.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with MetaTrader 5 (MT5) platform.
• Solid understanding of forex, commodities, indices and other trading products.
