Business Development Representative

About the role

Massyve Technologies, a digital agency offering web and mobile app development, UI/UX design, digital marketing, eCommerce, AI platforms and cybersecurity, is hiring a full-time, on-site Business Development Representative in Beirut. The role focuses on lead generation, prospecting and turning prospects into long-term partners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities
• Build relationships with prospective clients
• Maintain existing accounts
• Communicate the value of Massyve's services
• Support the sales team in meeting revenue targets

Required profile

• Proficiency in inside sales and lead generation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships
• Experience in sales and business development, able to meet and exceed targets
• Self-motivated, results-driven, with analytical skills to spot market opportunities
• Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred
• Experience in technology, digital marketing or software development is a plus
