About the role
CARMA is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand its client base. You will be responsible for creating and executing effective sales strategies, building strong relationships with new and existing customers, and representing CARMA’s services in a consultative manner.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to acquire customers.
- Source leads, research target companies, and qualify potential clients.
- Contact prospects via email and phone to secure meetings.
- Meet with clients, understand their needs, and position CARMA services accordingly.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Develop ideas for new product offerings and sales methods.
- Provide accurate activity and forecast reports.
- Adhere to CARMA policies, mission, and vision.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3–4 years of B2B sales experience.
- Previous experience in media intelligence, PR agencies, or software sales is a plus.
- Sales training certifications are advantageous.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic.
- Strong report writing and presentation abilities.
- Good understanding of PR and communication measurement best practices.
