About the role

MH-Maya Hotait Strategic Transformation Advisory is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to expand its client base. This remote, commission‑based position involves building relationships with senior executives, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting the firm’s commercial expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research qualified organizations across target industries.
• Generate high‑quality business opportunities and maintain an active pipeline.
• Build professional relationships with CEOs, founders, and senior executives.
• Conduct executive outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other professional channels.
• Qualify prospects and coordinate discovery conversations with the Founder.
• Support proposal preparation, negotiations, and deal closure as experience grows.

Required profile

• Strong interest in executive relationship building and business development.
• Self‑driven, able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to learn MH’s advisory methodology and client engagement approach.
