Business Application Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Application Manager to lead our enterprise business applications and ERP ecosystem in Dbayeh, Lebanon. The role will drive digital transformation, oversee key platforms such as Oracle ERP, Salesforce CRM and Microsoft 365, and ensure seamless integration, performance and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end lifecycle of enterprise applications and ERP systems.
• Oversee Oracle ERP, Salesforce CRM, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint and Teams.
• Drive digital transformation and migration from legacy systems.
• Define application architecture, integration, implementation and performance optimisation.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Manage technology vendors, system integrators, contracts and SLAs.
• Build and lead a high‑performing team of application specialists and developers.
• Ensure business continuity, system availability and successful migration projects.
• Establish application standards, documentation, training and knowledge management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in business applications management and ERP systems.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; French a plus.
• Experience in multinational or global environments preferred.
• MBA, PMP or PRINCE2 certification considered an advantage.
