Business Analyst Intern

About the role

Join maids.cc’s fast‑growing analytics team in Lebanon as a Business Analyst Intern. You will work on real‑world AI‑driven projects, supporting data‑based decision making and process optimisation across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business problems, collect data and produce reports to aid decision‑making.
• Use AI tools, large language models and automation platforms (OpenAI, n8n, LangChain) to build and improve chatbots, workflows and internal systems.
• Design workflows, wireframes, mockups and process improvements with tools such as Notion, JIRA and Miro.
• Collaborate with developers and cross‑functional teams to launch dashboards, automation tools and AI‑driven solutions.
• Support restructuring initiatives by defining KPIs and enhancing operational efficiency.
• Contribute to building production‑ready systems used across the business.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, Data Analytics, Business Administration or a related analytical field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a critical thinking mindset.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt and grow in a fast‑paced, tech‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with data‑visualisation tools such as Tableau or Mixpanel (optional).
• Basic knowledge of AI/LLM platforms (e.g., OpenAI).
• Exposure to automation tools like n8n and workflow frameworks such as LangChain.
• Proficiency with collaboration tools: Notion, JIRA, Miro.
