Branch Manager, Floor Manager, Cashier & Sous Chef – Hospitality Jobs

About the role

LALA Chicken, a fast‑growing restaurant chain in Lebanon, is expanding its team across several locations. We are looking for experienced professionals to fill multiple positions including Branch Manager, Floor Manager, Cashier & Operator, Sous Chef and Cashier. These roles are essential to delivering excellent service, maintaining high food quality and driving operational success.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations, staff scheduling and ensure compliance with company policies and food safety standards (Branch Manager).
• Supervise front‑of‑house activities, coordinate staff, resolve customer issues and maintain cleanliness (Floor Manager).
• Process customer orders, handle cash and electronic transactions, operate POS systems and support operational tasks (Cashier & Operator, Cashier).
• Assist the Head Chef, supervise food preparation, ensure hygiene standards, monitor inventory and train kitchen staff (Sous Chef).

Required profile

• Previous experience in the relevant role within the food‑and‑beverage or retail sector.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Local candidates preferred for each location.
