Branch Manager and Cashier/Operator openings in Broummana

About the role

We are expanding our Broummana restaurant and are seeking two dedicated team members: a Branch Manager to lead daily operations and a Cashier/Operator to manage front‑of‑house transactions. Both roles require a customer‑focused mindset and the ability to work in a fast‑paced food service environment.

Key responsibilities

• Branch Manager: oversee daily restaurant operations, lead and motivate staff, ensure high customer service standards, monitor sales and profitability, schedule staff, conduct performance evaluations, enforce food safety and company policies, resolve customer issues, manage inventory and coordinate stock.
• Cashier/Operator: greet customers, take and process orders efficiently, handle cash and electronic payments, operate the POS system, keep accurate transaction records, assist with customer inquiries, coordinate with kitchen staff, maintain a clean workstation.

Required profile

• Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management for the Branch Manager role.
• Prior cashier or customer service experience for the Cashier/Operator role.
• Strong communication, leadership (for manager) and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Local candidates from Broummana or nearby areas are preferred.
