Boutique Manager – Luxury Retail

About the role

Les Amis Boutique is seeking a passionate and experienced Boutique Manager to deliver an exceptional in‑store experience, drive sales, and uphold the brand’s luxury and elegance. Based in Antelias, this full‑time position involves supervising daily operations, leading a dedicated team, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for discerning clients.

Key responsibilities

• Team Leadership – manage store staff to ensure high‑quality customer service and maintain boutique standards.
• Sales Management – drive sales performance, achieve targets, and implement strategies to increase revenue.
• Customer Experience – provide personalized service, address client needs, and resolve issues promptly.
• Store Operations – oversee inventory management, store cleanliness, organization, and overall operational efficiency.
• Reporting and Analysis – monitor sales data, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements.
• Brand Representation – ensure the boutique’s presentation reflects the brand’s image and values.

Required profile

• Education – Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or related field preferred.
• Experience – 3‑5 years of retail management experience in a luxury environment with a proven track record of leading teams and achieving sales targets.
