About the role
Les Amis Boutique is looking for a passionate Boutique Manager to lead its flagship store in Rabieh. The role combines hands‑on store operations with team leadership to deliver a high‑touch, luxury shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coach store staff to ensure exceptional customer service and adherence to brand standards.
- Drive sales performance, set targets and implement strategies to achieve them.
- Enhance the customer journey through personalized service and prompt issue resolution.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
- Monitor sales data, prepare performance reports and recommend improvements.
- Maintain the boutique’s visual presentation and ensure it reflects the brand’s luxury image.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or a related field (preferred).
- 3‑5 years of retail management experience in a luxury environment with a proven sales record.
- Customer‑centric mindset, ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting and passion for luxury fashion.
