About the role
SmartSource is hiring! SmartSource is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives to join its leading USA clinics. If you have excellent language skills, a passion for providing top‑notch customer service, and a desire to work in Customer Service, we want to hear from you. Key responsibilities
- Set patient appointments and manage schedules efficiently
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support promptly
- Ensure a high standard of customer service and patient satisfaction
Required profile
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English
- Previous relevant experience is a plus
- Knowledge in the Medical field is an advantage
- Flexibility to work PM shifts (From 3PM till 12AM)
