About the role

SmartSource is hiring! SmartSource is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives to join its leading USA clinics. If you have excellent language skills, a passion for providing top‑notch customer service, and a desire to work in Customer Service, we want to hear from you. Don't miss this opportunity to be part of a dynamic team.

Key responsibilities

Set patient appointments and manage schedules efficiently
Respond to customer inquiries and provide support promptly
Ensure a high standard of customer service and patient satisfaction

Required profile

Must be fluent in Spanish and English
Previous relevant experience is a plus
Knowledge in the Medical field is an advantage
Flexibility to work PM shifts (From 3PM till 12AM)
