B2B Sales Specialist (Go High Level CRM) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking an experienced B2B Sales Specialist who will use the Go High Level CRM to drive new business, generate leads and close deals. The role is fully remote and follows a 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM Lebanon time schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential B2B clients and business opportunities.
• Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Manage leads, sales pipelines, follow‑ups and client interactions using Go High Level CRM.
• Conduct sales calls and presentations with prospects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Handle objections, negotiate terms and close deals.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date information in the CRM.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation and conversion.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Hands‑on experience with Go High Level (GHL) CRM.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and closing abilities.
• Target‑driven, proactive and results‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Availability to work the 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM Lebanon time shift.
