B2B Outdoor Sales Executive – Barbershops & Salons

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Outdoor Sales Representative to develop and manage relationships with barbershops, salons, beauty businesses and related customers across the territory from Beirut to Batroun. The role is field‑based, focusing on visiting customers, opening new accounts, presenting professional grooming products and growing existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to barbershops, salons and beauty supply stores within the assigned territory.
• Prospect new customers, introduce the product range and open B2B accounts.
• Present and demonstrate product features, benefits and applications to drive orders.
• Generate sales orders and achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Manage and develop existing accounts to encourage repeat orders and long‑term relationships.
• Handle pricing discussions, objections and negotiations professionally.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and customers on orders, needs and new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, orders, prospects and sales activity and report to the COO.
• Monitor customer feedback, competitor activity and market opportunities and share insights with management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of field or B2B sales experience, preferably in FMCG, beauty or grooming products.
• Proven ability to prospect, open new accounts and generate orders.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Customer‑service orientation with ability to build trust and retain business.
• Self‑motivated, reliable and able to work independently with limited supervision.
• Own a personal car and be able to travel regularly throughout the territory.
• Available full‑time Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
• Existing relationships or knowledge of the Lebanese barbershop and salon market is a strong advantage.
