B2B Engineering Sales Specialist

About the role

Our Easy Game Tutoring LLC is seeking a full‑time remote B2B Engineering Sales Specialist to expand partnerships with universities, training centres and organisations that support engineering and STEM students. You will be the primary point of contact for institutional clients, presenting our tutoring and academic support services and guiding them through the sales journey.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and nurture B2B leads within the education and engineering sectors.
• Conduct outreach via email, phone and virtual meetings, delivering tailored proposals.
• Negotiate terms, close deals and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline data in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with operations and tutoring teams to align service offerings with partner requirements.
• Track performance metrics, provide feedback for product improvement and deliver training to partner stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities with a focus on building trust.
• Proven B2B sales experience, including prospecting, pipeline management and meeting targets.
• Experience educating or training clients, preferably in EdTech or engineering contexts.
• Familiarity with engineering or STEM disciplines to engage technical decision‑makers.
• Remote‑work experience, excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Education or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Commitment to ethical, student‑centred solutions.
