Associate Consultant – Managed Services

About the role

Sequel, an IT service provider for treasury and capital markets, is looking for an Associate Consultant to join its Managed Services team in Beirut. You will support daily operations of client systems, ensure service continuity, and contribute to the improvement of processes and tools.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily managed‑services operations for client applications and systems.
• Monitor incidents, service requests and tickets, ensuring timely follow‑up and resolution.
• Assist in root‑cause analysis and documentation of recurring issues.
• Participate in change, release and environment‑related activities.
• Apply defined processes and standards consistently.
• Collaborate with internal teams and escalate issues when required.
• Build knowledge of the client’s business processes and systems.
• Contribute to service documentation and knowledge‑base updates.
• Gather, document and clarify business and functional requirements.
• Design and implement operational tools (monitoring, automation, scheduling, etc.).
• Work in a CI/CD model using GitHub, Jenkins and Splunk.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong sense of responsibility, organization and teamwork.
• Good communication skills in English (French is a plus).
• Willingness to work in a client‑oriented, service‑driven environment with flexible availability.
