Associate Consultant – Managed Services

About the role

Sequel is seeking an Associate Consultant for Managed Services to join its consulting team in Beirut. You will support daily operations of client treasury and capital‑markets systems, ensuring service continuity and rapid issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor incidents, service requests, and tickets, providing timely follow‑up and resolution.
• Assist in root‑cause analysis and documentation of recurring issues.
• Support change, release, and environment‑related activities while applying defined processes and standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams, escalating issues when required.
• Gather, document, and clarify business and functional requirements.
• Design and implement operational tools such as monitoring, automation, and scheduling solutions.
• Work in a CI/CD model using GitHub, Jenkins, and Splunk for project execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in English; French is a plus.
• High sense of responsibility, organization, and teamwork.
• Willingness to work in a client‑oriented, service‑driven environment with flexible availability for urgent travel or night‑shifts.
