About the role
The Area Manager will oversee a network of Tawfeer retail outlets, ensuring they meet budgetary targets, service standards, and customer satisfaction goals. This senior position drives sales, profitability, and operational excellence across all assigned stores.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales, profitability and operational performance by monitoring results and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure consistent execution of company policies, brand guidelines and high‑level customer service across all outlets.
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory availability, order fulfillment, cost control, health & safety compliance and asset maintenance.
- Analyze business performance, identify opportunities and risks, monitor market and competitor activity, and recommend strategic improvements.
- Lead, develop and manage store teams through workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, coaching and training.
- Monitor and control budgets, labor costs and operational expenses to stay within approved financial targets.
- Prepare and present regular business reports, performance analyses, forecasts and action plans for senior management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 7‑10 years of experience in retail operations, area or regional management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and profitability targets.
