About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Agency Development Manager to lead our sales team at the Ghazir branch. The role focuses on building a high‑performing sales force, driving revenue growth, and executing strategic business plans.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and develop sales consultants to create a motivated and skilled team.
- Design and implement a clear, strategic business plan that meets and exceeds sales targets.
- Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team to achieve both individual and collective growth.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of proven sales experience with a strong record of meeting or surpassing targets.
- At least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role, managing and developing teams.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Residency within a commutable distance to Ghazir, Keserwan‑Jbeil Governorate, Lebanon.
