Account Manager – Pinterest (Lebanon)

About the role

The Account Manager will act as the primary strategic contact for agencies and clients, ensuring smooth delivery of Pinterest advertising campaigns, strategic alignment, and long‑term partnership growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, leading weekly meetings to review performance and identify opportunities.
• Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to showcase results, trends, and new solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales to develop proposals and translate client briefs into actionable media strategies.
• Provide audience targeting recommendations and work with Creative and Ad Operations teams on campaign execution.
• Monitor pacing, budgets, and KPIs, recommending optimisations throughout the flight.
• Support post‑campaign analysis, reporting, and documentation.
• Contribute to revenue forecasting, macro revenue tracking, and identification of growth or at‑risk accounts.
• Identify upsell opportunities, document case studies, and lead strategic planning discussions backed by data insights.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in digital advertising, account management, or media planning (paid social preferred).
• Strong understanding of performance‑marketing metrics and analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
