Account Manager (Overnight Shift)

About the role

The Account Manager (Overnight Shift) is a full‑time remote position responsible for nurturing relationships with students and partner institutions using Our Easy Game Tutoring LLC’s services. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring that academic support aligns with client needs and expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for students and partners, handling onboarding and ongoing inquiries.
• Monitor account performance, track service usage, and identify opportunities to improve satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with tutors, operations, and support teams to deliver a seamless, customer‑centric experience.
• Maintain accurate records, generate regular status reports, and support issue resolution.

Required profile

• Proven client relationship and account management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across diverse cultures and time zones.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, and coordination capabilities.
• Customer‑service mindset with proactive problem‑solving.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
