About the role
We are looking for an energetic Telesales Representative to join Exclusive Management’s on‑site team in Sinn Al Fil. In this full‑time position you will drive outbound prospecting, present our products and services, and build lasting customer relationships while meeting defined sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate qualified leads.
- Present product features, answer questions, and tailor solutions to prospect needs.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets on a regular basis.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain ongoing relationships.
- Document interactions and update information in the CRM system.
- Participate in regular training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service, support, or sales with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Willingness to engage in continuous training and development.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Understanding of telemarketing best practices.
