About the role

Aspire Software is seeking a Technical Support I to join its team in Lebanon. The role focuses on delivering and supporting a high volume of concurrent professional services projects while providing excellent customer‑facing support.

Key responsibilities

Deliver and support a high volume of smaller concurrent professional services projects.
Receive, triage, and resolve support tickets from customers.
Communicate with customers to gather information, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
Escalate complex issues to third‑line teams and maintain accurate service‑desk records.
Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and documentation.

Required profile

Self‑sufficient individual with solid general IT and networking knowledge.
Strong customer service orientation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience in troubleshooting and investigative problem solving.

Required skills

SQL query language.
Ticketing system usage.
ISS Applications.
Web services.
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure (preferred).
