Stock Controller – Inventory Management

About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Stock Controller to ensure inventory accuracy and support efficient stock management processes. You will work closely with warehouse, purchasing and sales teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and control inventory levels to guarantee stock accuracy.
- Perform regular stock counts and reconcile inventory records.
- Investigate and resolve any stock discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory data within the ERP system.
- Coordinate stock movements, including receiving, transfers and dispatch.
- Prepare inventory and stock movement reports.
- Track slow‑moving, damaged, and obsolete items.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage and organization of inventory items.
- Support inventory closing activities and drive process improvements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in stock control and inventory management.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with ERP systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
