Social Media Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a creative, organized, and results‑driven Social Media Account Manager to join our team. You will be the primary liaison for client accounts, shaping social media strategies, coordinating content creation, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and lead meetings, presentations, and strategy discussions.
• Develop and execute monthly social‑media strategies, content plans, and campaign concepts aligned with client objectives.
• Brief designers, videographers, copywriters, and other creators; review content for brand consistency and quality.
• Monitor performance across platforms, analyze key metrics, and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
• Manage multiple accounts simultaneously, coordinating timelines, deadlines, and internal workflows.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and emerging platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Highly organized with strong time‑management skills.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a client‑focused attitude.
