Senior Social Media Manager & Community Lead

About the role

We are seeking a highly strategic and creative Senior Social Media Manager with strong community management expertise to own our digital presence. In this role you will shape audience growth, drive engagement, and turn social channels into a core growth engine for the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and other platforms.
• Design content plans focused on audience growth, engagement, brand awareness and conversion.
• Identify trends, viral opportunities and platform‑specific tactics to accelerate reach.
• Oversee production of reels, short‑form videos, carousels, educational posts, stories and engagement campaigns.
• Coordinate with designers, editors and creators to ensure brand voice and visual consistency.
• Build, nurture and manage active online communities, responding to comments, DMs and audience interactions.
• Track and analyze engagement rates, audience growth, reach, impressions and conversion metrics.
• Optimize content strategies based on data insights and prepare regular performance reports.

Required profile

• 4–6+ years of experience in social media management, community management or digital marketing.
• Proven track record of growing social media accounts and online communities.
• Deep understanding of social media algorithms, viral content strategies and audience engagement techniques.
• Excellent communication and copywriting abilities.
• Strong organizational and project‑management skills.

Required skills

• Experience with social media scheduling tools.
• Experience with analytics tools for performance measurement.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered content creation tools (optional).
