Senior Business Development Manager – Outsourcing Services

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth for OEG Outsourcing’s portfolio of services, including engineering, architecture, IT, and back‑office solutions. The role will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing long‑term outsourcing contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target companies that can benefit from outsourcing solutions across multiple sectors.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold outreach, email campaigns, networking and referrals.
• Qualify prospects, conduct discovery calls, understand client pain points and present tailored solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and close deals.
• Develop new market verticals and expand existing accounts.
• Maintain strong relationships with CEOs, founders, directors, operations and HR managers.
• Keep accurate records in the CRM, track pipeline metrics and report performance to management.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales or client acquisition.
• Proven track record of generating revenue and closing long‑term contracts.
• Strong outbound prospecting and lead‑generation skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and consistently exceed targets.
