About the role

We are looking for a proactive Salesperson to manage client relationships, generate new business opportunities, and provide technical support for our software solutions. The role combines sales activities with after‑sales service, ensuring customers receive the best possible experience from inquiry through implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up with clients on inquiries and orders, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Generate leads, support business development, and help achieve sales targets.
• Provide after‑sales service, handle complaints in coordination with internal QC, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training on software usage and technical functionalities.
• Explain product features and technical specifications clearly to clients.
• Perform software testing and troubleshooting when required.
• Stay updated on new products, market trends, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with the Colorist department for product updates and maintain accurate client records and reports.
• Provide regular updates on sales activities and ongoing projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in technical sales and client support.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Professional approach to training and supporting clients.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a customer‑oriented attitude.
